Self Exclusion

Shuffle.us provides an account self-exclusion feature through its Shuffle Wise dashboard. The published policy describes an initial 24-hour cooldown, choices for longer exclusion and permanent closure.

How to start self-exclusion

  1. Open the operator’s Shuffle Wise dashboard and find its Self-exclusion tool.
  2. Follow the current account-level instructions. If you cannot access the tool, ask the operator’s customer support for assistance.
  3. According to its published policy, an initial 24-hour cooldown blocks play and purchases and suppresses promotional offers.
  4. The policy describes an email prompt after cooldown to select an extended period. It says the account may become unrestricted if no extension is selected in the stated period; follow the operator’s current instructions carefully.

Available exclusion periods

Shuffle.us currently publishes longer choices of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years or permanent. Confirm the current options in your account before submitting a request. Periods and mechanisms can change.

What happens to account access and promotions

During a formal exclusion, the published policy says login and gameplay are restricted and promotional communication is stopped. It also states that a fixed-term exclusion generally ends with account reactivation after the selected period. Do not attempt to evade restrictions by creating another account.

What happens to eligible remaining balances

Do not assume balances remain available indefinitely. Shuffle.us warns that Shuffle Cash may expire after 60 days and describes limited processes for remaining eligible redemption balances. Its policy uses some differing language about redemption during exclusion, so contact the operator directly before selecting a permanent closure to confirm any remaining eligible balance and the redemption procedure. The operator—not US-EN Lotto—makes those determinations.

Permanent account closure

The published policy describes permanent self-exclusion as irreversible, subject to an acknowledgement step. Once permanently closed, users cannot independently access the account to claim remaining prizes; the operator describes a separate support process for eligible outstanding balances. Obtain written clarification directly from the operator where needed.

Independent assistance

Account exclusion may be one part of a broader plan. For support with gambling-related harm in the United States, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET or use the National Problem Gambling Helpline’s online resources. This is not an operator help desk and is not a crisis hotline.
